Upload your phylogenetic tree and associated data to visualize it interactively

Upload your phylogenetic tree in Newick format. Accepts .nwk, .newick, .tree, .contree, .txt, .phy files or any text file.
Upload metadata in TSV or CSV format. Accepts .tsv, .csv, .txt, .tab files or any text file. Must contain an ID column matching tree leaf names.
Optional: Upload sequence alignment in FASTA format. Accepts .fasta, .fa, .faa, .fas, .seq, .aln, .txt files or any text file.
Instructions
Tree File
  • Newick format (.nwk, .newick, .tree)
  • Must contain leaf names that match metadata IDs
  • Can be rooted or unrooted
Metadata File
  • TSV or CSV format
  • Must have an ID column (id, ids, identifier, name, etc.)
  • IDs must match tree leaf names exactly
  • Can contain any additional annotation columns
Alignment File
  • FASTA format (.fasta, .fa, .faa)
  • Sequence IDs should match tree leaf names
  • All sequences must have same length
  • Optional - for downloading only
